📋 Description

• Utilize Oracle RDC, Oracle Inform, Medidata, Rave, SAS, and supporting tools to design, write, validate, and maintain software • Generate and maintain documentation for specifications, coding, validation, CRFs, database creation, coding configuration, edit checks, imports, exports, listings, and custom reports • Serve on project teams and coordinate or lead clinical programming development activities • Attend meetings, participate in discussions, solve problems analytically, and focus on deliverables • Communicate issues affecting project dates, scope, or budget and escalate potential problems • Balance multiple assignments and communicate resource needs to supervisors • Review study-level core deliverables for accuracy and assist with sponsor and in-progress audits • Review study budgets and monitor scope of work against actual work • Provide leadership, training, guidance, and support to department members • Collaborate with clients, peers, lead programmers, project teams, and requestors to finalize specifications • Assist in project review and departmental review meetings • Attend Quick Start Camps as lead clinical programmer for assigned studies • Lead clinical programming activities on up to eight concurrent studies • Manage project resources and alert management to delivery and resourcing needs • Maintain clinical programming and clinical data management knowledge through literature, self-training, classes, and professional meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and deep expertise in clinical programming and clinical data management • Proficiency with Oracle RDC, Oracle Inform, Medidata, Rave, SAS, and other supporting tools • Ability to design, write, validate, and maintain software following standard development procedures • Ability to develop specifications, coding, and validation documentation for annotated Case Report Forms (CRFs), database creation, coding configuration, edit check procedures, import/export processing, listings, and custom reports • Ability to coordinate and lead development activities for clinical programming projects • Analytical problem-solving approach • Ability to manage multiple task assignments and up to eight concurrent studies • Ability to review study-level core deliveries for accuracy • Ability to participate in sponsor and in-progress audits • Ability to review study budgets and monitor scope of work against actual work • Ability to provide leadership, training, guidance, and support to department members • Ability to collaborate with clients, peers, lead programmers, project teams, and requestors • Broad overall knowledge of clinical programming and clinical data management • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be considered
