📋 Description

• Manage and execute clinical trial-related payments in accordance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures • Process payment requests and maintain accurate records in designated systems • Create and manage purchase orders and supplier records • Track payment status, resolve issues, and ensure timely payment execution • Support process improvements and payment optimization initiatives • Communicate with study sites and internal stakeholders regarding payment activities and inquiries • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations • Act as a point of contact for payment-related questions and provide subject matter expertise • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field • Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical/biotech industry, financial operations, or a related environment • Around 1 year of experience in a similar role • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be considered
