📋 Description

• Assess potential investigators and decide on the suitability of the site • Develop/adapt recruitment and retention strategy for the site • Ensure current trial documents and required trial-related materials and supplies are provided to the investigational site • Negotiate investigator budgets at site level and track the status of site CTA • Plan and conduct investigator and site-staff training • Conduct site initiation, monitoring and closure visits • Create site specific and monitoring tools • Ensure clinical drug supplies are available, appropriately used, handled, stored, returned, inventoried, and documented • Perform the full range of activities from study set-up through to close-out for a global pharmaceutical sponsor

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years + of hands on Monitoring experience with Israeli sites and with pharmaceutical drugs clinical trials • Experience with Oncology/ Hemato-Oncology studies is an advantage • Experience with RBM would be highly preferred • Fluent in Hebrew • Good level of English • Ready to frequent business trips (75% of time) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Motivation towards strong team work and enjoy building relationships
