📋 Description

• Prepare company valuation models and merger models as well as advanced financing models • Prepare business plans and produce strategic analyses and corporate presentations • Quickly familiarize yourself with new industries and business models • Prepare and execute transactions • Independently manage subprojects • Support the due diligence process both substantively and logistically

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field • Relevant experience in Corporate Finance with a focus on M&A transactions • Strong skills in company analysis and valuation • Excellent team skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary project teams, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
