📋 Description

• Build and maintain hands-on lab scenarios and technical content using YAML and Markdown • Script and automate parts of the training environment using Bash or Python • Troubleshoot the delivery platform, including Instruqt and LMS systems • Help design and deliver training sessions, demos, and workshops • Gradually take ownership of smaller training sessions • Write courseware and technical instructions • Apply instructional design principles to align materials with learning outcomes • Use AI coding/agent clients to build labs, write scripts, and draft content • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams • Seek feedback and develop technical depth and presentation confidence • Support Sysdig's mission of helping organizations secure innovation in the cloud through its cloud security products, including Falco

🎯 Requirements

• Working understanding of core DevOps and cloud-native concepts, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud fundamentals • Hands-on scripting experience in Bash or Python • Experience working with YAML and Markdown • Clear written and verbal communication • Enthusiasm for teaching and presenting to technical audiences • Comfort experimenting with AI coding/agent CLI clients such as Claude Code or Codex • Curiosity, reliability, and a habit of asking for and integrating feedback • Working English, written and spoken • Ability to apply newly acquired skills independently to deliver small training components • Ability to connect technical topics to customer use cases • Collaborative approach, initiative, and willingness to follow best practices • No specific educational credential stated
