📋 Description
• Report to the Manager of Engineering • Design, build, and operate identity and account services, including authentication, authorization, and user/team directory • Build scalable, highly available, distributed, and performant platform services used by multiple engineering teams • Build and maintain cross-product capabilities, including automations, analytics systems, and ticketing integrations • Own and evolve the onboarding experience for connecting AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI cloud provider accounts • Work closely with Product, Frontend, Design, and QE • Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent issues
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional working experience as a Software Engineer designing and shipping distributed, highly available services • Strong proficiency in Go or Java • Hands-on experience with Postgres or another relational database • Hands-on experience with a messaging system such as NATS • Experience with AI coding agents (Claude or others) • Proactive approach to learning how to leverage AI coding agents to improve workflows • Ability to move between high-priority projects and tasks in a distributed, remote-first team • Experience with SaaS applications • Experience delivering large software projects end-to-end • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration is a plus
