📋 Description

• Lead and support the implementation of System C solutions and integrated third-party software • Run product demonstrations and configuration design workshops, clearly explaining workflows and benefits • Undertake gap analysis to ensure solutions support current and future operational processes • Promote best practice while respecting client confidentiality • Support user acceptance testing, go-live activity, and early-life support • Contribute to internal testing by identifying, investigating, and escalating software issues • Support data migration activities and resolve configuration-related challenges • Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, including managing and escalating issues appropriately • Attend project boards and stakeholder meetings to represent System C professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in or with the NHS, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations • Proven experience in system implementation, project delivery, or professional services roles • Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders in busy, deadline-driven environments • Experience delivering training, testing, and implementation support • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • A practical, organised approach and the confidence to take ownership • Willingness to travel as required • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is desirable but not essential
