• Tendrás ownership total del ecosistema web de la compañía, liderando su evolución técnica y asegurando que sea rápido, estable, escalable y listo para crecimiento. • Serás responsable end-to-end del website y propiedades web (arquitectura, despliegues, performance y seguridad). • Construirás y mantendrás componentes reutilizables, templates y experiencias frontend modernas. • Gestionarás entornos, CI/CD, uptime y buenas prácticas de seguridad. • Liderarás la base técnica de SEO (crawlability, indexación, Core Web Vitals, estructura del sitio). • Trabajarás de cerca con Marketing, Producto y Diseño para habilitar lanzamientos, campañas y experimentación. • Implementarás analytics, eventos y soporte a A/B testing. • Usarás herramientas de IA para acelerar desarrollo, debugging, QA y optimización continua. • Actuarás como owner técnico frente a stakeholders no técnicos, priorizando roadmap web y evaluando vendors o herramientas externas.
• +7 años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo web. • Dominio de WordPress (themes custom, plugins, performance). • Experiencia con arquitecturas modernas (ej. Netlify / sitios híbridos o estáticos). • Sólida experiencia liderando SEO técnico en ambientes productivos. • Muy buen manejo de HTML, CSS y JavaScript. • Experiencia optimizando Core Web Vitals y performance. • Alto nivel de autonomía y ownership. • Uso regular y pragmático de herramientas de IA en tu flujo de trabajo. • Inglés avanzado. • Background ideal en compañías orientadas a SaaS o producto digital.
