📋 Description

• Implement and operate physical, virtualized, and containerized system environments, focusing on integrating a new IoT resolving platform in Kubernetes • Analyze, troubleshoot, and document system malfunctions • Regularly check and refine automated processes and strategies, including failover, deployment, and disaster recovery • Identify, document, and structure new test use cases • Develop and optimize scripts using Ansible, Bash, Perl, and Python • Implement changes in test, reference, and production systems to improve stability and add features • Develop methods and tools for data analysis and monitoring • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system functionality • Collaborate with the German operations team to streamline processes and improve software, tools, and system performance • Work closely with suppliers and DevOps engineers to design, integrate, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot resolving DNS platforms • Participate in on-call duties for approximately 8 weeks per year and rarely perform work outside regular hours

🎯 Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of DNS, including PowerDNS and DoH/DoT/DoQ • Preferably experience working in a telecommunications company • Extensive experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating CNFs • Proficiency in using and adapting Kubernetes configurations • Experience with IP networks, routers, and LAN/WAN technologies • Ability to troubleshoot networks using tracing tools such as Wireshark • Hands-on experience with monitoring systems and data analytics, including Prometheus and Medusa • Very good analytical skills and strong quality awareness • Experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation • Willingness to be on call for approximately 8 weeks per year • CV must be submitted in English
