📋 Description

• Develop and manage paid campaigns to achieve lead generation and growth targets • Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat • Manage and optimize campaigns targeting the Algerian market • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to improve campaign performance • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations • Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI • Analyze user behavior using different analytics tools • Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition performance • Continuously explore and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently based in Algeria • 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media • Previous experience in e-commerce is a must • Experience managing campaigns targeting the Algerian market • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and marketing automation tools • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
