📋 Description

• Develop and manage paid campaigns to achieve lead generation and growth targets. • Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. • Manage and optimize campaigns targeting the Tunisian market. • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to improve campaign performance. • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI. • Analyze user behavior using different analytics tools. • Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition performance. • Continuously explore and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently based in Tunisia. • 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media. • Previous experience in e-commerce is a must. • Experience managing campaigns targeting the Algerian market. • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads. • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and marketing automation tools. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
