📋 Description

• Lead a team of product analysts supporting product and business teams • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings clearly • Work with product and marketing stakeholders on fundamental research and one-time requests • Support and monitor Financial Products metrics • Identify areas for improvement and develop new metrics for organizational decision-making • Develop informative, accessible data visualizations and reports • Assist in planning data structures and improving data quality • Lead analysis of activation, engagement, and profitability for Tabby Cash and debit financial products • Balance user growth with sustainable economics across Product, Risk, and Growth teams • Define how users adopt and use cards and optimize products for long-term value

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a data/product analyst • Experience in leading a team of data analysts of any size • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases • Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features • Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.) • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact with business and product teams • At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is required
