📋 Description

• Improve delivery metrics such as Time to Market and Release Frequency • Boost developer experience through better tools and workflows • Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and internal tooling • Develop and maintain internal SDKs and reusable components • Lead or support R&D and architecture design • Investigate production issues • Maintain monitoring and alerting systems • Ensure app reliability, performance, and security • Strengthen engineering culture and platform expertise • Collaborate with the iOS Platform team and product teams to help ship features faster with fewer bugs and less overhead

🎯 Requirements

• Senior iOS development experience • Experience solving platform-level challenges • Experience working in core or platform teams • Strong focus on code quality, developer experience, and app stability • Proficiency in Swift • Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit hybrid UI • Experience with Tuist • Experience with Fastlane for CI/CD • Experience with MVI architecture • Experience with Combine and CombineFeedback • Experience working with modular projects and 40+ modules • Experience with XCTest • Experience with SwiftLint • Ability to meet strict code quality standards • Nice to have: experience with GitLab API and GitLab pipelines • Nice to have: ability to write and maintain Python scripts for automation
