📋 Description

• Own the BNPL Consumer Experience end to end, from checkout to post-purchase • Design checkout flows across online, in-app and in-store experiences to improve conversion • Design repayment and purchase-management experiences that simplify complex billing logic, market-specific rules and edge cases • Work with product managers to reframe problems and create designs that improve business metrics and reduce drop-offs and support tickets • Run experiments on high-traffic checkout flows, analyze results and iterate to improve conversion • Validate ideas through research, data and customer feedback • Design for native app, mobile web, desktop web and in-store experiences across country-specific rules • Use AI tools for prototypes, ideation, edge-case mapping and research synthesis • Collaborate with engineering through delivery • Run design reviews with QA and own shipped product quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience shipping B2C products across native mobile and web • Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from problem framing and reasoning to polished, production-ready UI • Strong product and systems thinking • Understanding of business goals, conversion and product logic • High standards in visual and interaction design • Experience using AI tools for prototyping, exploration or delivery • Strong storytelling ability for communicating complex problems • Independent and proactive approach • Ability to manage priorities and set timelines • Fluency in English • Experience in fintech, payments, lending or checkout products, including A/B testing in high-traffic funnels (nice to have) • Experience designing for GCC markets or Arabic/RTL interfaces (nice to have) • Comfort working close to code or experience building a design system (nice to have) • Experience in a hyper-growth startup or scale-up (nice to have)
