• Provide operational consultation for restaurants and cafés. • Analyze restaurant performance (operations, staff, costs, service quality). • Improve restaurant workflows, SOPs, and daily operations. • Support menu engineering, cost control, and food cost optimization. • Advise on staff management, training, and performance improvement. • Assist in restaurant setup, restructuring, or operational turnaround. • Prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations for clients.
• open to all Nationalities Arabic nationality prefered. • Must be currently inside Saudi Arabia. • Minimum 5 years of experience as: Coffe shop Manager Operations Manager F&B Consultant • Strong experience in: Restaurants & cafés operations Staff management and training Cost control & KPIs • Fluent in Arabic (Very Good in English). • Professional communication and consulting mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
