• Professional Serviceのメンバーの一員として、プリセールスの段階からお客様の課題発見から課題解決の実装をしていただきます。 • お客様と共創しながらプロダクト開発を行います。 • お客様のビジネス課題を解決するための武器としてエンジニアリングスキルを活用・適応的に学習する • 直面したお客様の様々な問題に対する解決策を再利用可能な形で抽象化し、Tailor Platformの進化に貢献する
🎯 Requirements
• フロントエンドアプリケーション開発の実務経験3年以上（Next.JS/React.JS/TypeScript) • 顧客価値を最大化するための方法としてリモートとハイブリットを選択的に活用できる方 • アジャイルでの開発経験、またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験（Scrum / Kanban） • 日本語（ネイティブレベル）での技術コミュニケーション能力 • 日本国内在住の方
