🎯 Requirements
• 実証されたスクラムマスターの経験 • スクラムの原理原則に関する深い知識、またウォーターフォールなどの開発手法への理解 • 3年以上のプロダクト開発経験 • 最新のエンジニアリングプラクティスの理解 • 実証されたコーチング、ティーチング、メンタリング、ファシリテーティングの経験 • 優れた問題解決能力と技術的な分析スキル • ネイティブレベルの日本語能力 • 日本国内在住の方
