📋 Description

• Take ownership of IT systems and develop a future-proof IT environment based on high-performance hardware and modern cloud services • Select, configure, and implement suitable devices, tools, and cloud services • Design, deploy, and maintain the company’s internal hardware and software • Optimize the day-to-day work environment within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Train and enable the team to use IT productively • Coordinate the ISMS and develop toward the role of Information Security Officer • Improve the security of application servers, internal systems, and data, and provide evidence for external information security audits • Support the team with IT issues • Connect external partners and customers via VPN connections • Serve as the technical contact for office equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical field or successfully completed vocational training • Experience with operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux) • Experience with networks (firewalls, VPNs) • Experience administering Microsoft 365 (e.g., Entra ID, Teams, Intune, Defender) • Knowledge of IT security and information security management systems (e.g., TISAX, ISO 27001) • Strong willingness to learn and the ability to independently master new technologies and methods • Strong commitment to quality and high standards for your own work • Willingness to take on central responsibility and independently drive the IT function forward at TAKTIQ • Experience leading projects • Good command of German and English
