📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Work closely with business stakeholders, particularly users located in the United States, to understand their needs and objectives • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories • Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams • Support technical teams during the implementation phase by providing clarification and guidance on functional requirements • Validate delivered solutions against business expectations and functional specifications • Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and resolve functional queries and issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role • Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products • Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing • Proven ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements • Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile and/or traditional project environments • Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B2) • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders based in the United States • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable development requirements
