📋 Description

• Support clients throughout every stage of their compliance journey • Conduct compliance audits and impact assessments • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into technical requirements for information systems • Draft functional and technical specifications tailored to business and regulatory needs • Serve as the liaison between legal, compliance, business, and IT departments • Lead implementation projects, including the deployment and configuration of AML/CFT tools • Develop GDPR records of processing activities • Lead data deletion, archiving, and anonymization projects • Implement BCBS 239 indicators • Facilitate design workshops • Train and raise teams’ awareness of regulatory requirements and data compliance issues

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of and experience participating in compliance projects involving GDPR, AML/CFT, KYC, BCBS 239, Sapin II, and related regulations • Ability to integrate complex legal, functional, and technical considerations • Ability to analyze risks and formulate relevant recommendations • Proficiency in audit techniques and methodologies • Proficiency in risk and impact assessments • Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings • Ability to train colleagues on complex topics • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
