📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive, client-tailored solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM. • Lead a team of technical consultants: task planning, technical guidance, and progress monitoring. • Participate in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions. • Write and validate technical and functional specifications. • Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications. • Maintain technology watch to incorporate best practices and innovations. • Collaborate with stakeholders: project teams, business units, and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. • Deep expertise in recent versions of Dynamics 365 and experience with at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing). • At least 5 years’ proven experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies. • Experience in systems integration and using tools such as Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services. • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to coach and motivate a technical team. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional or technical certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus. • Any experience with Azure is also a plus.
