📋 Description

• Analyze client needs: You will be at the heart of understanding our clients' business challenges and proposing tailored solutions. • Design and implement application architectures. • Proof of Concept (PoC): You will have the opportunity to design and deliver proofs of concept to test new ideas and solutions before deployment. • Develop, configure and deploy features: You will take charge of developing and implementing new features, ensuring their quality and performance. • Lead and manage a delivery team: You will play a key role in directing and mentoring a team of consultants to successfully deliver projects. • Be a source of proposals: You will actively contribute to the technological evolution of our projects and drive innovation by proposing cutting-edge solutions. • Share your expertise: You will pass on best practices to our junior technical consultants and support their skills development. • Participate in bids and technical estimations: You will be involved in preparing proposals, providing your expertise to estimate technical aspects and cost projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in IBM Maximo implementation: installation, interfacing and continuous integration • Autonomous and curious: you proactively explore new solutions, are a source of proposals and inspire others • Technical leadership: you have experience in a leadership role or wish to develop this competency • Clear and constructive communication: you can defend your ideas, express your viewpoints constructively and convince stakeholders while remaining attentive • Strong written and verbal skills: you are able to produce high-quality technical documentation and are comfortable speaking in public or in meetings • Fluent English: you are comfortable in English (a plus) • Solid technical skills: proficiency with Windows/Linux environments and languages such as Java, Python, Shell and SQL to solve complex technical problems • Cloud & DevOps knowledge: good understanding of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices to optimize deployments and ensure efficient integrations
