📋 Description

• Provide individual and/or group coaching to participants in outplacement programs to support their career development and job search • Build strong, trusting relationships with participants and create a supportive, motivating coaching environment • Help participants define clear goals, maintain momentum, and progress toward their professional objectives • Provide tailored guidance on career direction, transition-related challenges, career choices, and decision-making • Guide participants on professional positioning and personal branding, CV preparation, networking, job search strategy, interviews, opportunity evaluation, and negotiation • Accurately record coaching-related information in the Career Management System (CMS) • Facilitate or deliver other career transition programs for individuals or groups • Provide expertise on the French employment and restructuring landscape, including workforce reductions, collective redundancies, voluntary departure programs, and Employment Safeguard Plans (Plans de Sauvegarde de l’Emploi, or PSE) • Support the International team in incorporating French requirements and specificities into program design and delivery • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the implementation and alignment of French outplacement requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to provide their services as an independent contractor in their country of residence • Practical experience in human resources and a strong understanding of restructuring processes in France, including employee representative bodies (CSE – Comité Social et Économique) • Expertise in career development, including career planning, personal branding, CV preparation, interviews, networking, social media, and online job searching • A minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience • Good understanding of organizational structures, corporate cultures, and decision-making processes • Fluency in English is essential • Expertise in delivering remote coaching sessions and strong proficiency with technology tools • High-speed Internet connection and a personal computer equipped with reliable audio and video equipment • Comfortable using video conferencing, instant messaging tools (such as Slack), and scheduling tools • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, educational levels, and socioeconomic circumstances • Excellent listening skills, strong empathy, and sensitivity to emotional responses • Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently • Knowledge of restructuring and employment termination practices in other European countries is a plus • A Master’s degree or equivalent, specialized certifications, and/or an advanced degree are additional assets
