📋 Description

• Provide one-to-one and/or group support to outplacement program participants in Belgium as they develop their careers and search for employment. • Build strong, trusting relationships with participants. • Help participants define clear goals, maintain momentum, and progress toward their professional objectives. • Provide personalized guidance on career direction, transitions, career choices, and decision-making. • Guide participants on professional positioning and personal branding, CV preparation, networking, job searching, interviews, opportunity assessment, and negotiation. • Record coaching activities and related information in the Career Management System (CMS). • Facilitate or deliver other programs related to career transition. • Provide expertise on the Belgian employment and restructuring landscape, including workforce reductions and collective redundancies. • Support the International team in integrating Belgium-specific requirements and practices into programs. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and align Belgian outplacement requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to provide services as an independent contractor in their country of residence. • Practical experience in human resources and a strong understanding of restructuring processes in Belgium. • Expertise in career development, including career planning, personal branding, CV preparation, interviewing, networking, social media, and online job searching. • A minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience. • A strong understanding of organizational structures, corporate cultures, and decision-making processes. • Excellent proficiency in English is essential. • Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage. • Expertise in delivering remote coaching sessions and strong technological proficiency. • A high-speed internet connection and a personal computer with reliable audio and video equipment are essential. • Comfortable using video conferencing tools, instant messaging platforms such as Slack, and scheduling tools. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, educational levels, and socioeconomic circumstances. • Excellent listening skills, strong empathy, and genuine sensitivity to emotional responses. • Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently.
