📋 Description

• Conduct individual 1:1 coaching sessions במסגרת AVGS programs (§ 45 SGB III) • Support clients with career orientation and the development of new career perspectives • Analyze strengths, potential, and individual challenges • Develop realistic career perspectives and concrete goals • Motivate coachees and strengthen their sense of personal responsibility • Optimize CVs, application documents, and digital profiles • Develop individualized job application strategies • Prepare clients for job interviews • Teach modern job-search methods using job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networking • Document coaching content, progress, and goal achievement in accordance with AVGS/AZAV requirements • Collaborate with the Operations team, Quality Management, and Program Management • Further develop digital coaching formats, materials, and processes • Support talents participating in Bildungsgutschein-funded training with career orientation and application processes • Match talents with employers and support their transition into new roles

🎯 Requirements

• Coaching qualification (systemic coaching, business coaching, or comparable qualification) • Experience in application, job, or career coaching • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or personnel consulting • Familiarity with modern application strategies, job boards, and LinkedIn • Empathy and strong communication skills • Structured, independent organization of coaching sessions • Reliable documentation and adherence to quality standards • Confident use of digital tools and openness to AI applications • Excellent written and spoken German • Additional languages are a plus • Experience with AVGS programs, AZAV requirements, or § 45 SGB III is a plus
