• Connect with prospective students via calls and digital platforms • Present programs with a structured explanation of technical deliverables • Educate students on how the course translates into real-world skills • Counsel students based on their academic background and career goals • Track and manage leads through follow-ups and status updates • Work closely with the academic/admissions team for conversions • Confidently communicate curriculum breakdown, technical skill development, hands-on learning, industry integration, and career outcomes to students
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum: Any Degree / Diploma (Technical background preferred) • Strong communication skills in Tamil & English • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms • Basic understanding of courses like IT, AI, Data Science, Management etc., • Good convincing, counseling and negotiation skills • Experience 0–2 years in Tele calling / Academic Counseling / EdTech Sales • Freshers with strong communication and learning ability can apply
