📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between the USA POPs team and the team in Ukraine and Europe (~25 people) • Manage the full lifecycle of the European team and ensure practices are compliant and up-to-date with current regulation • Help with onboarding and offboarding • Ensure payroll and expense management are completed on time • Triage benefit issues and maintain accurate, updated data and records • Manage hardware • Drive company culture through remote team-building events and regular 1:1s • Support recruiting tasks, including scheduling interviews and conducting preliminary interviews for European roles • Contribute to broader People Operations projects, including large company events and translating internal website documentation

🎯 Requirements

• This is a part-time position and requires working hours of 4-8pm Kyiv time on business days • 1+ year in HR, People Operations, or an administrative role • Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written) and B1/B2 English or higher • Good judgement and discretion – you’ll handle sensitive information and people need to trust you with it • Comfortable working independently across time zones and knowing when to escalate • Bonus: hands on experience with Rippling, Remote (EOR), Workday, Expensify, and Greenhouse
