📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and execute the global AI and Digital Solutions roadmap for the project management organization. • Identify, assess, and prioritize AI, analytics, and automation use cases. • Lead evaluation, piloting, deployment, and scaling of digital solutions. • Translate project management needs into business and functional requirements with regional PMOs, IT, Data, and business functions. • Coordinate AI and digital initiatives across regions to promote alignment, reuse successful solutions, share knowledge, and avoid duplicate development. • Partner with IT, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, integrated solutions aligned with enterprise standards. • Develop business cases and define success measures for efficiency, adoption, process improvement, and business benefits. • Drive process automation and digital workflow improvements. • Coordinate pilots and global rollouts, including change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and user adoption. • Ensure alignment with AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, data quality, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Monitor emerging AI and digital technologies and assess their applicability. • Own and continuously enhance the Project Management digital platform or webpage. • Build a global community supporting knowledge sharing, cross-regional collaboration, and reuse of successful solutions. • Develop and deliver training, coaching, communication, and practical resources to strengthen AI literacy and digital capabilities. • Foster collaboration across functions and regions to accelerate learning, adoption, and continuous improvement. • Report to the VP Global Auto Project Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data, project management or a related field is preferred. • Significant experience in project and/or program management within a Global, complex, matrix organization. • Demonstrated success in shaping and delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives. • Experience in digital or business transformation, analytics, AI, consulting, or technology-driven roles. • Practical understanding of AI, advanced analytics, automation, data, and cloud concepts. • Strong change-management capability, with experience engaging stakeholders and implementing new ways of working. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to evolving business requirements. • Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders and collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and business topics into clear decisions, outcomes, and actions. • Willingness to travel 25% to 50%.
