📋 Description

• Brief daily morning call to align on the three most important tasks • Independently handling tasks, with coordination via chat • Participating in selected meetings • Weekly reflection on Fridays • Conducting research and analyses on markets, competitors, customers, and partners • Coordinating projects, appointments, pending tasks, and follow-ups • Sales support: researching leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining the CRM • Marketing support for campaigns, content, and AI tools • Supporting HR-related topics such as recruitment, interviews, and onboarding • Strategically challenging ideas, assumptions, and decisions • Conducting sales conversations and handling objections • Preparing decision memos • Managing and completing projects

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying business administration, business psychology, management, or a related field • You must be enrolled at a college or university for the entire duration of the internship; this is mandatory • You live in Switzerland or Germany • You are driven, fast-moving, and reliable • You work in a structured way, think proactively, and are not afraid to ask challenging questions • You communicate clearly and confidently in German; English is a plus • You enjoy working with digital tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Workspace • A CV and tailored cover letter answering three application questions are required
