📋 Description

• Conduct research and analyses on markets, competitors, customers, and partners • Coordinate projects, meetings, action items, and follow-ups • Sales support: research leads, prepare proposals, and maintain the CRM • Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and AI tools • Support HR activities such as recruitment, interviews, and onboarding • Strategy: challenge ideas, assumptions, and decisions • Support with anything else that arises in a growing company • Work closely with the founder every day via calls and chat • Gain insight into and contribute to sales, marketing, finance, HR, and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• You must be enrolled at a university or higher education institution throughout the entire internship. This is mandatory • You live in Switzerland or Germany • You are driven, fast-moving, and reliable. When you commit to something, you get it done • You think proactively, ask challenging questions, and contribute your own ideas • You communicate clearly and confidently in German; English is a plus • You enjoy working with digital tools and AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Workspace • CV and cover letter required • In your cover letter, answer these three questions: Why exactly this role, and why now? What is the boldest thing you have done so far? What do you want to accomplish in your first 30 days?
