📋 Description

• As our first Project Manager & PMO (m/f/d), you will design and establish PMO structures for our consulting engagements from the ground up. • You will be the organizational backbone of our project teams, ensuring that all threads, timelines, and processes run smoothly behind the scenes. • You support project leadership in executing our mandates operationally and relieve them in day-to-day operations. • You coordinate meetings, workshops, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders and prepare and follow them up thoroughly. • You keep our project documentation and knowledge-management systems up to date, maintain action-item lists, and ensure all stakeholders maintain a clear overview at all times. • You work hand in hand with our Chief of Staff and provide operational support to advance and implement internal strategic initiatives. • You plan, create, and coordinate content for our digital channels (especially LinkedIn) and other initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational talent with a startup mentality: Whether you have a university degree, commercial training, or relevant professional experience, what matters is your proven track record. • You have several years of experience in project management, project assistance, or operations within an agency, startup, or dynamic consulting environment. • Structured approach & eye for detail: You enjoy bringing order to complex processes. • You work conscientiously, proactively, and reliably; you're not just an admin type but are willing to dive deep into subject matter. • Strong communication skills & writing talent: You express yourself precisely and have a knack for engaging social-media content. • Your German is completely error-free and stylistically strong (C2 level required); your English is business fluent. • Digital fluency: You work at the cutting edge. Confident use of modern cloud-based tools (e.g., Notion, Asana) is second nature to you. • You are genuinely eager to dive into new AI tools and automations and apply them.
