• Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes for residential and/or commercial property transactions under Australian jurisdiction. • Prepare and review key documents such as contracts of sale, transfer forms, settlement statements, and requisitions. • Perform title searches, property certificate requests, and due diligence to ensure property is free of encumbrances. • Liaise with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, banks, and government authorities throughout the conveyancing process. • Ensure timely lodging of documents and completion of settlements through platforms such as PEXA. • Monitor critical dates, including cooling-off periods and settlement schedules, and maintain meticulous records. • Stay updated with legislative changes across Australian states that affect property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Hands-on experience supporting conveyancers or property lawyers within the Australian legal system • Well-versed in managing residential and/or commercial property transactions • Capable of preparing legal documents, conducting title searches, liaising with clients and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with applicable state-specific conveyancing laws • Ability to handle files independently in a fast-paced environment.
