• Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including coordination of KYC documentation and AML compliance. • Prepare and issue engagement letters within agreed timelines. • Act as the primary coordination point between clients, lawyers, and external service providers. • Track all active matters to ensure deadlines are met and no follow-ups are missed. • Maintain client response times within 24 hours. • Proactively identify and resolve delivery obstacles to prevent delays. • Ensure all client documentation is accurately saved and structured within SharePoint and firm systems. • Maintain 100% matter visibility and tracking through Microsoft Planner. • Oversee client offboarding to ensure deliverables are completed, feedback is collected, and matters are formally closed. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of matter management workflows and internal process documentation.
• Undergraduate degree in Law is mandatory. • 5–8 years of experience as a lawyer or paralegal. • At least 1 year of experience within the UAE legal environment. • Strong understanding of legal matter lifecycle management. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (client-facing role). • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Planner (or similar task management tools). • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. • Strong accountability, professionalism, and discretion.
