⢠Source construction labour through Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, referrals, and online job platforms. ⢠Screen candidates for relevant trade experience, availability, and valid work rights in Australia or New Zealand. ⢠Conduct initial vetting interviews to assess suitability for project requirements. ⢠Maintain and update candidate pipelines and talent databases to ensure ongoing workforce availability. ⢠Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters accurately and efficiently. ⢠Collect and verify required documentation including identification, visas, licences, tickets, and certifications. ⢠Track onboarding progress and ensure all documentation is completed prior to mobilisation. ⢠Upload worker details into client induction portals and internal workforce systems. ⢠Maintain compliance registers including visas, medical clearances, trade tickets, and inductions. ⢠Ensure all workers meet compliance requirements before site commencement. ⢠Support workforce audits, reporting, and documentation reviews as required.
⢠Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or workforce coordination. ⢠Previous exposure to construction, labour hire, or blue-collar workforce environments is preferred. ⢠Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). ⢠Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. ⢠Comfortable working across multiple online platforms, compliance systems, and databases. ⢠Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with project teams across regions.
