📋 Description

• Source construction labour through Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, referrals, and online job platforms. • Screen candidates for relevant trade experience, availability, and valid work rights in Australia or New Zealand. • Conduct initial vetting interviews to assess suitability for project requirements. • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and talent databases to ensure ongoing workforce availability. • Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters accurately and efficiently. • Collect and verify required documentation including identification, visas, licences, tickets, and certifications. • Track onboarding progress and ensure all documentation is completed prior to mobilisation. • Upload worker details into client induction portals and internal workforce systems. • Maintain compliance registers including visas, medical clearances, trade tickets, and inductions. • Ensure all workers meet compliance requirements before site commencement. • Support workforce audits, reporting, and documentation reviews as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or workforce coordination. • Previous exposure to construction, labour hire, or blue-collar workforce environments is preferred. • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. • Comfortable working across multiple online platforms, compliance systems, and databases. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with project teams across regions.
