📋 Description

• Assist lawyers in preparing and lodging Australian visa applications (e.g., skilled, employer-sponsored, student, partner visas). • Draft and review immigration documents, submissions, and supporting statements. • Manage end-to-end file preparation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of application materials. • Liaise with clients to collect required documentation and provide updates on application progress. • Conduct legal and procedural research on Australian immigration laws, policies, and updates from the Department of Home Affairs. • Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements. • Support compliance checks and ensure adherence to Australian immigration standards and policies. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth case handling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal with a focus on Australian immigration law. • Strong understanding of Australian visa categories, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. • Experience working with Australian immigration systems or case management tools is highly desirable. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in an outsourcing or remote legal support role is a plus.
