📋 Description

• Edit 50-60 real estate images daily, ensuring high-quality and consistency. • Enhance and edit drone photography, including adding landmarks, labels, and visual overlays to highlight key property features and surrounding areas. • Utilize Affinity Photo/Designer (or similar tools) along with Adobe software for advanced image editing. • Work closely with real estate agents and architects to understand their photo editing and branding needs. • Edit and interpret blueprints and architectural documents. • Perform advanced edits including color correction, sky replacement, object removal, perspective correction, and compositing. • Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and meet deadlines. • Ensure all images meet company and client specifications and quality standards. • Assist in other critical tasks that support the team on a day-to-day basis.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in photo editing, specifically in the real estate space. • Proven experience editing drone photography, including adding landmarks, annotations, or map overlays. • Proficiency in Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer is strongly preferred; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is also required. • Experience working with blueprints and architectural documents. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across high volumes of images. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team. • Willingness and ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
