📋 Description

• Lead on complex corporate structuring and high-value transactions • Focus on Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), shell companies, and cross-border entity formation • Work on sophisticated legal matters with global scope • Operate at a high level without the constraints of a traditional legal environment.

🎯 Requirements

• LLB, JD, or equivalent legal qualification; LLM preferred • Licensed to practice in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, US, Australia, or similar) • Minimum 06 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/transactional law, preferably in top-tier law firms or multinational settings • Deep understanding of SPV structuring, offshore jurisdictions, and corporate formation strategies • Track record of managing complex deals with multiple counterparties and high-value stakes • Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent responsiveness and professional rigor.
