• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls • Maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs • Perform regular backups, recovery, and disaster recovery tests • Implement security measures, patch updates, and antivirus solutions • Monitor logs, alerts, and system health; respond to incidents promptly • Support end-users with system-related issues • Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and processes • Collaborate with the Australian client and internal IT team, providing timely updates and clear communication
• 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and Active Directory • Experience with network administration, firewalls, and security protocols • Excellent English communication skills; must be comfortable interacting with an Australian client • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
