📋 Description

• Advise on, design, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions • Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects, including resource and timeline planning as well as budgeting • Serve in a consulting and leadership role on projects • Independently provide professional guidance and direction to project teams • Collaborate with clients to design their HRIT landscape • Act as the primary contact for HR-related matters • Support the growth of the Employee Central business unit and the acquisition of new clients and projects • Mentor and support junior consultants in their professional development • Advise and support clients in day-to-day operations and in ongoing and new projects, from conception through implementation • Support release management and continuous optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting at least two SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects from project initiation through go-live, or at least four years of professional experience in SuccessFactors • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification • Additional SuccessFactors module certifications are desirable • Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM is an advantage • Experience independently managing projects and effectively leading project teams • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills • High sense of responsibility, goal-oriented and solution-focused approach, and ability to work under pressure • Willingness to travel • Very good command of German • Good written and spoken English
