📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between the data team and business areas • Analyze usage patterns and propose improvements to dashboards and KPIs • Monitor data collection performance and provide ongoing support for tool evolution • Test and validate dashboards, KPIs and data pipelines • Gather and document requirements with stakeholders • Create and maintain specification documents (BRD, business rules, process flows, user stories) • Ensure dashboards reflect strategic KPIs • Map AS IS processes and propose TO BE improvements • Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on data • Validate data consistency and investigate anomalies • Participate in agile ceremonies • Prepare test plans and test case tables

🎯 Requirements

• Power BI – filters, DAX, relationships, bookmarks, RLS • SQL – queries for data validation • Databricks / Spark – basic understanding of data architecture and operation • Excel / PowerPoint – for executive presentations and supplementary analyses • Knowledge of requirements/test management tools (Azure DevOps) • Data testing techniques: source-to-target comparison, integrity and completeness validation • Experience creating test plans, test cases and functional validation scripts • Advanced English for communication with global teams
