Tecell is an India-based provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging hardware, software and-managed services. The company designs and supplies chargers for two-, three- and four-wheeled vehicles (and emerging high-capacity aircraft batteries), and operates a charge point management system (CMS), white-label mobile apps, roaming services and dynamic pricing tools. 📋 Description

• Co-develop innovative software and AI-driven products • Work closely with Tecell to conceptualize and design scalable application and system architectures • Build MVPs and production-grade platforms • Contribute technical leadership and product direction • Participate in innovation strategy and technical decision-making • Support products from ideation through launch and scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in software development and system architecture • Experience building and launching technology products • Strong product-thinking and entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to independently lead technical initiatives • Interest in long-term innovation and product ownership • Strong proficiency in leveraging AI for software development and product innovation. • Experience with AI-assisted software engineering workflows • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions • Experience with LLM integrations and AI application architectures • Experience with AI model training and fine-tuning concepts • Experience with prompt engineering and AI automation workflows • Experience with building intelligent agents, copilots, or AI-driven platforms • Experience with modern AI tooling and frameworks. • Technical skills in full-stack software development, cloud-native application design, API and microservices architecture, SaaS platform development, DevOps, scalable infrastructure, and AI/ML product development experience.
