• Develop and design data architecture solutions • Implement data strategies and management for clients • Collaborate with teams on data workflows • Lead projects involving data migration and integration

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Data Engineering and Data Architecture • Microsoft Fabric • Azure Synapse Analytics • Azure Data Factory • SQL Server • Data Modeling (Kimball / Data Vault / Lakehouse) • Data Migration (SQL Server MariaDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL) • Apache Spark • Microsoft Purview • AI Data Architecture (RAG, Vector Search, Embeddings) • Team Leadership & Client Consulting • Microsoft Certifications: Azure Data Engineer Associate • Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate • Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Open-source contributions in Data / ML space preferred • Experience in consulting or services environments supporting multiple clients preferred • R&D and innovation leadership experience preferred • Experience managing data platforms under regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or Financial Services compliance preferred
