📋 Description

• Assist in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions on daily flow of orders, ICTOs, cycle counts, inventory mismatch with other systems • Support requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to inventory management • Build solutions and POCs based on customer and project needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years IT experience is mandatory • 10+ years in IT Services preferably with Retailers • 4+ years experience in Oracle NetSuite • Good functional knowledge in Order-to-cash and procure-to-pay process • Basic Functional knowledge of Record-to-Report process • Experience with Retail Domain is mandatory • Experience in Application Support and Development • Experience with Suite Cloud, Suite Scripts, Suite Flow framework • Hands-on experience in Javascript, WebServices, HTML, SQL
