📋 Description

• Maintain and improve the organization's quality management system • Facilitate document control, including receiving, reviewing, and processing new or revised documents • Partner with the Quality Systems Manager to enhance document control systems and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance • Develop and maintain process standards, work instructions, and forms • Support others in drafting procedures • Conduct internal audits • Coordinate external audits • Support customer inquiries and audits through data collection and documentation • Manage quality-related documentation, including print releases, deviations, and quality alerts • Scan, archive, and maintain inspection documentation and accurate records • Provide administrative support to the quality function, including organizing lab areas, printing materials, updating logs and reports, and ordering supplies • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient QMS experience • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 • Experience operating within a Quality Management System (QMS), including support for compliance, document control, and audit readiness • Experience participating in internal audits (ISO 9001 or similar), including evidence collection, documentation of findings, and follow-up on corrective actions • Proven document control experience, including managing controlled documents/records, version control, approvals, and archiving • Ability to support process documentation updates • Proficiency in SharePoint for managing document libraries, including structured filing, version tracking, and publishing controlled documents • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for tracking, analysis, document formatting, and professional communication
