📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) • Integrate multiple data sources (CRM, web, mobile, third-party systems) into Data Cloud • Build unified customer profiles and define identity resolution rules • Develop and manage data models, data streams, and segmentation strategies • Enable real-time data activation across Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards • Optimize performance and scalability of data pipelines • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ Years in Salesforce Ecosystem • Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) – 4+ years hands-on experience • Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) • Agentforce • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and identity resolution • Salesforce Data Cloud certified professional • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup
