• Enterprise ILM strategy & governance • SAP classical data archiving (SARA) architecture • Data retention & residence time policy definition • Business-led data classification & scoping • Compliance-ready, secure, auditable archiving solutions • Collaboration with Business, IT, Data Governance & Compliance teams • Archiving roadmap, standards, and best practices • Mentoring architects and senior technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Enterprise Data Architecture / Archiving / ILM • Deep expertise in Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Archiving (SARA) • Strong experience defining retention policies & residence times • Solid understanding of data governance, audit & compliance • Ability to drive business workshops & executive-level discussions • Proven capability translating business policy into technical architecture
