âą Define and evolve the technical automation strategy, resolving high-complexity challenges across pipelines, environments, and frameworks âą Design complex automation solutions âą Act as the primary QA authority in architectural decisions, ensuring quality is integrated from the design phase âą Partner with Development, Product, and Platform teams to dismantle silos and accelerate the delivery of value âą Contribute a critical and constructive quality perspective during Agile ceremonies âą Lead the intensive implementation of AI across the testing lifecycle, including automated test case generation and failure analysis âą Evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies, transitioning prototypes into production environments âą Design and evolve the organizational model for quality metrics, including coverage, defect escape rate, and flakiness âą Translate data into strategic insights for Engineering, Product, and Management teams âą Build dashboards that facilitate data-driven decisions regarding product health and team performance âą Proactively identify quality trends and potential risks before they impact client operations âą Guide the professional growth of the QA team and the adoption of industry best practices âą Cultivate a proactive environment where defect prevention is a standard habit.
âą Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on automation âą Proven record of resolving complex automation challenges in production (e.g., flakiness at scale, map/canvas-based testing) âą Hands-on application of AI in testing, including log analysis and AI-assisted exploration âą Advanced proficiency in e2e and API automation frameworks such as Playwright, Rest-assured âą Ability to define and interpret quality metrics to build decision-oriented reporting systems âą Deep expertise in Agile Testing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines âą Mandatory English communication skills (C1 Level); international team experience is highly valued âą Demonstrated experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to teams âą Background in .NET development is considered a significant advantage âą Experience in data QA (Python, R, Airflow) is a plus.
