📋 Description

• Define and evolve the technical automation strategy • Resolve high-complexity challenges across pipelines, environments, and frameworks • Design complex automation solutions • Act as the primary QA authority in architectural decisions • Ensure quality is integrated from the design phase • Collaborate with Development, Product, and Platform teams • Contribute a critical and constructive quality perspective during Agile ceremonies • Lead intensive AI implementation across the testing lifecycle • Drive automated test case generation and failure analysis • Evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies • Transition AI prototypes into production environments • Design and evolve the organizational model for quality metrics • Translate quality data into strategic insights • Build dashboards supporting data-driven decisions on product health and team performance • Identify quality trends and potential risks before they impact client operations • Mentor QA team members and guide professional growth • Promote industry best practices and cultivate a proactive defect-prevention culture

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on automation • Proven record of resolving complex automation challenges in production, including flakiness at scale and map/canvas-based testing • Hands-on application of AI in testing, including log analysis and AI-assisted exploration • Advanced proficiency in e2e and API automation frameworks such as Playwright and Rest-assured • Ability to define and interpret quality metrics to build decision-oriented reporting systems • Deep expertise in Agile Testing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines • Mandatory English communication skills (C1 Level) • International team experience highly valued • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to teams • Background in .NET development is a significant advantage • Experience in data QA using Python, R, or Airflow is a plus
