📋 Description

• Take end-to-end responsibility for e-commerce projects • Manage e-commerce projects from planning through successful completion • Monitor scope, timelines, budget, and quality • Coordinate internal teams, clients, and partners • Ensure transparent communication • Identify risks and dependencies at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, and support key decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in an IT, e-commerce, or professional services environment • Experience managing complex client projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams • Experience with e-commerce, Magento, or comparable IT projects • Sound commercial understanding of budgets, forecasts, and resource planning • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Structured and organized approach to work • Very good German and English skills (C1–C2 level) • Project management certification, such as PMI, GPM/IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred, not required) • Scrum training or certification, such as PSM or CSM (preferred, not required) • Degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, another STEM field, or an equivalent professional qualification or level of experience (preferred, not required)
