📋 Description

• Assess customer processes for automation potential and select suitable platforms • Develop solution concepts for voice and chatbot implementations • Evaluate and communicate technical feasibility, effort, and risks • Configure and build voicebots and chatbots on established Conversational AI platforms • Develop, test, and optimize prompts and dialogue flows • Perform quality assurance and continuously improve bot performance • Integrate interfaces with customer systems and implement data flows • Handle technical implementation using JavaScript and Python • Manage projects end to end, from technology evaluation and configuration through go-live • Carry out project management and stakeholder communication • Collaborate with customer IT teams on system integration • Create and maintain technical documentation covering configurations, interfaces, and prompt libraries • Proactively share knowledge within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role • Demonstrated project experience implementing voicebots or chatbots on established platforms • In-depth knowledge of configuration and prompt engineering on Conversational AI platforms • Programming skills in JavaScript and Python • Experience with API integration and system architecture • Ability to assess automation potential in customer processes • Strong project management and technical documentation skills • Experience in a customer experience (CX) environment is an advantage • German proficiency at C1 level required • English proficiency at B2 level is an advantage • Strong technical affinity and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively • Ability to work independently and remain resilient during project phases • Applications must include an up-to-date résumé and cover letter in German, submitted in PDF format
