📋 Description

• Evaluate customer processes for automation potential and select suitable platforms • Develop solution concepts for voice and chatbot implementations • Assess and communicate technical feasibility, effort, and risks • Configure and build voicebots and chatbots on leading Conversational AI platforms • Develop, test, and optimize prompts and dialogue flows • Perform quality assurance and continuously improve bot performance • Integrate interfaces with customer systems, including APIs and data flows • Implement technical solutions using JavaScript and Python • Take end-to-end responsibility for projects, from technology assessment and configuration through go-live • Manage projects and communicate with stakeholders • Collaborate with customer IT teams on system integration • Create and maintain technical documentation covering configurations, interfaces, and prompt libraries • Actively share knowledge within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a comparable technical field • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role • Proven project experience implementing voicebots or chatbots on leading platforms • Strong knowledge of configuration and prompt engineering on Conversational AI platforms • Programming skills in JavaScript and Python • Experience with API integration and system architecture • Ability to assess automation potential in customer processes • Experience with structured project management and technical documentation • Experience in a customer experience (CX) environment is a plus • German proficiency at C1 level required • English proficiency at B2 level is a plus • Strong technical affinity and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively • Ability to work independently and remain resilient during project phases • Applications must include an up-to-date CV and cover letter in German, submitted in PDF format
